Refund/Return/Warrantee/Cancellation Policies

If you choose to cancel your support services, you will need to contact our Billing Department for a refund within 14 days of subscription start date. You can contact them at 1-888-699-0061 from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. You can also contact us by sending an email to support@asapdatasystems.com.

Please be advised that for subscription based plans service fee of $49.99 per resolved incident and Cancellation fees of $29.99 do apply. If we cannot resolve even your single issue, then you will receive the appropriate reimbursement from our Billing Department.

For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criteria’s are met:
1) You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved by a ASAP DATA SYSTEMS INC Technician.
2) 14 days have not passed after the issue was last resolved by ASAP DATA SYSTEMS INC Technician.
3) subscription have any software, Price of software will not be refunded in case of service cancellation.

Disputes about Billing:-

This payment authorization is for the Technical Support Services by an Independent Software Development / Software Support provider ASAP DATA SYSTEMS INC described above, for ONE TIME PAYMENT of amount indicated above. I certify that I am an authorized user of this Credit/Debit card Checking Account and PayPal Account and that I will not dispute the payment with my Credit/Debit card , Checking Account and PayPal Account so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms mentioned above.
